If there is no TLS settings in your web browser (like IE 6.0 (inclusive) or previous version), the on-line filing or queries service will not be available, it is recommended to upgrade your web browser.
MS Windows 7 or newer operation systems are recommended.

In Internet Explorer,

• go to Tools, Internet Options.
• Select the Advanced tab.
• Scroll to the Security section (near the bottom of the list).
• Check Use TLS 1.1. or TLS 1.2
• Click OK.
